How we ship
Every bottle is packed by hand in Kannauj, wrapped in muslin, sealed in a kraft box, and shipped via tracked couriers.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates within India
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Rest of India: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges
- Prepaid orders above ₹599: FREE
- Prepaid orders below ₹599: ₹49
- Cash on Delivery: ₹99 (COD fee, all order values)
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch. Our shipping partners are Delhivery Air, Bluedart, DTDC and Shiprocket.
Undelivered orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. You'll be offered a re-ship (fresh shipping charge) or refund minus shipping.
