Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote-area serviceability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.duskanddust@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the package and product so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.
