2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing duskanddust.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. Products
We sell Eau de Parfum fragrances and discovery/sample sets. All product descriptions, images, and scent pyramids are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Scent perception is subjective — what a note pyramid describes may not exactly match your personal experience, and this does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time you place your order will be honoured.
- Payments are processed through authorised and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials at any point.
- In the event of a payment failure, please check with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
5. Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

8. Skin safety and allergen notice
Our fragrances contain natural and synthetic aromatic ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on the inner wrist and waiting 24 hours before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs and consult a medical professional if needed.
We are not liable for adverse reactions where a patch test was not performed prior to use.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including but not limited to product names, descriptions, photography, brand marks, and copy — is the exclusive property of Dusk & Dust. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, transmit, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
