The house rules

These are the terms that govern your use of duskanddust.com and your purchase of Dusk & Dust products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Dusk & Dust is operated by Dusk & Dust LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLP registration pending). Our fragrances are manufactured in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh.

Products

We sell Eau de Parfum fragrances and discovery/sample sets. All product descriptions, images, and scent pyramids are provided in good faith. Scent perception varies from person to person — what a note pyramid suggests may not exactly match your personal experience.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but honor the price at time of order
Payment is processed by authorized gateways; we never store your card or UPI credentials

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud). If we decline, you get a full refund immediately.

Skin safety

Our fragrances contain natural and synthetic ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in rare cases. We recommend a patch test on the inner wrist before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for allergic reactions where a patch test was not performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product names, descriptions, images, brand marks — is owned by Dusk & Dust LLP. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Grievance redressal

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, you can raise any grievance with our Grievance Officer at hello@duskanddust.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
